A design-build studio serving homeowners across 14 U.S. states. From the first measurement to the last grout line, every detail is specified, scheduled, and signed off — by a team that has been doing this since 2008.
A bathroom is the first room you enter and the last room you leave. It deserves more than a refresh — it deserves an architecture of calm, specified to the millimeter, built to last longer than the trends it sits beside.
We treat every bathroom as a piece of slow architecture — a room engineered for daily ritual, not for showroom appeal. Materials are sourced from quarries we have visited. Fixtures are specified against water pressure, not aesthetics alone.
Schematic design, 3D renderings, full material specification, and a fixed-price proposal before any demolition begins. You see the bathroom before we build it.
Clean removal of existing fixtures, tile, drywall, and subfloor. Dust containment, debris hauling, and structural inspection before the rebuild phase begins.
Licensed plumbers, electricians, and tile setters. Schluter waterproofing membrane, large-format porcelain, hand-set mosaics — executed to ANSI specifications.
Installation of vanities, mirrors, lighting, faucets, and accessories. Final calibration of shower valves, drain slopes, and a 12-month craftsmanship warranty.
Every bathroom we touch follows the same seven-stage sequence. It is the reason we finish on schedule 94% of the time, and the reason our 12-month warranty claims rate sits below 0.8%.
